DO ask lots of questions and be a good listener.
DO laugh at his jokes. Compliments are good too.
DO make eye contact. Shy is OK, but confident is better.
DO make the first move – if you want to! He’s probably more scared than you!

DON'T just talk about yourself all night. Nobody else is as interested in you as you are.
DON'T constantly play with your phone. It’s just rude.
DON'T be too bossy about what you’re doing on the date. Let him have a say at least!
DON'T feel like you have to do everything he suggests. Politeness only goes so far.
