Question and answer
  • QUESTION When do I know when my next period is due?
  • ANSWER You need to grab a calendar and start counting. The first day you bleed is called day one and you mark that down and you keep counting until the first day of your next period. The total number of days is your menstrual cycle length. The average is 28 days, BUT the normal range is 21-35 days.
Once you start your period, register the date in the period calender, we will send you a reminder e-mail a few days before the approximate date of your period. Remember your period can be irregular for a while. It can take up to three years to get regular. And don't panic if your second period comes 60 days after the first.
By keeping track of your periods you will get an idea of your body rhythm and the length of your cycle. Your body will establish its own pattern. By taking note of your periods you will know approximately when your next period is due. You can then wear a Libra Extra Thin liners on these days to avoid staining your underwear.
