Question and answer
  • QUESTION I’ve had my periods for 9 months now and have had a period every month, but the problem is that I get dreadful pain in my back when I have it. What causes this?
  • ANSWER These are typical period pains. Try to hold yourself in such a way that your back and stomach muscles can relax. It might also help if you lie on a heat pad or just relax on the sofa. If none of this helps, I’m sure your mother can help by giving you some painkilling tablets when it’s at its worst.
