    ASI Hi.I don't feel good.I am not happy and I have too much stress.I don't have any friends.I don't have any things to do .Tomorrow I have one physics test and I have studied but I don't know why I have too much stress about everything.You are the only one who might save me from these stressful situations.I am so lonely.I know that....maybe I am being stupid thinking bad things.I am so sad... Help me

    Oh Asi, you poor thing. We all get overwhelmed at times but with a lot of study, it can happen more often than we'd like! The best thing to do is take regular breaks - get up from your desk and take a walk outside, watch 15 minutes of TV, listen to music, call a friend, chat to someone in your family or spend 15 minutes on social media (maybe set an alarm because it's easy for time to drift away when you become engrossed in another activity!). Make sure you're looking after yourself as well - eating healthy food, drinking lots of water and getting plenty of sleep. Often it's these things that become compromised when we're under the pump but not getting them right can reduce your ability to cope with stress. See how that goes. If you still feel like the stress is winning, make a time to see your school counsellor and see if they can help with things like relaxation or meditation techniques. Don't let it build up Asi - take action as you will feel better! Good luck, LGx
